October content & gameplay update

October update

This time around added some new content to the game and fixed bugs:

- new levels

- a level select / pause menu

- some new gameplay elements in the new levels -- check them out!

Also worked on mobile controls & platform specifics for mobile, although that's naturally not visible here on the web build.

Current version is v0.2.9
